What's the difference in groups and the forum?

It seems awful quiet in here. I checked a few "groups" in my profile, but have no clue where to access them for discussions.

The GROUPS section is where you can find other members based on the various site groups or member submitted groups. It is more like a search area than a forum area.

The forums section is where members can create topics and post comments.

While the two are separate sections in the site, members are welcome to create threads related to the GROUPS topics, if they would like.

In some cases, we have already created related Forum topics to match some in the GROUPS area, but if there is something we haven't covered, members are welcome to create a thread in the General Discussion area...or send us a message and ask us to create a whole new forum topic for it.
